Hi, I’m Jess.

I started Sprout VA Group after spending years managing teams, pipelines, systems, and the very real expectations that come with growth. I have seen firsthand how quickly “help” can turn into more oversight, more follow-ups, and more mental load for the person already carrying the most.

I built Sprout because support should not require supervision.
From our home base in Dallas, Texas, I lead a distributed team of experienced professionals who understand responsibility inside a growing organization. We work remotely by design, not by accident. No cubicles. No oversized client rosters. Just clear standards, consistent communication, and steady execution.
I keep our client load intentionally focused so the support we provide stays thoughtful and reliable. Overcrowded gardens have never been my thing.

What We Believe and How We Work
