Hi, I'm Jess.
I started Sprout VA Group after years of managing teams, pipelines, and the operational systems that keep corporate environments running. I've worked inside organizations where the difference between a leadership team that executes and one that stalls comes down to the quality of the support structure behind them.
I built Sprout because that support gap is real. Organizations need flexibility. They need someone who already understands accountability, communication standards, and what it means to work inside a larger structure without requiring supervision.
From our home base in Dallas, Texas, I lead a distributed team of experienced professionals who operate at a high standard by design. No oversized client rosters.
