Our engagements are structured monthly partnerships designed for ongoing support. Hours are scoped intentionally based on your needs and do not roll over month to month.

Do you provide after-hours or weekend support?

Support hours are defined at the beginning of each engagement. While flexibility is possible during launches or high-demand periods, we prioritize sustainable working rhythms for both clients and team members.

Our general policy is that our support professionals work standard business hours, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. t 5 p.m. CST and are not required or expected to work on weekends or after 5 p.m CST. Correspondence received by Sprout outside of standard operation hours will be followed up with the following business day.
